How it works — Questions, Requests, Tasks

Everything you send us falls into one of three lanes. This keeps support fast and predictable, and keeps you in control of what costs extra.

Lane	What it is	In Care?
Question	Any "how do I…?" or "what's the best way to…?". Asked from a shared board in your workspace — anyone on your team can post. We answer within one business day.	Included — unlimited, whole team.
Request	A small change you'd like us to make for you — a tweak to a database, view, or page. Anything we can do in under ~20 minutes. Submitted by your designated members.	Included — unlimited, submitted by your designated members.
Task	Larger work: data migrations, integrations (n8n, APIs), complex automations, or building a new system from scratch.	Not included — collected in a backlog and quoted separately as a fixed-price project before any work starts.

The line is simple: if it's a quick fix or a question, it's Care. If it's a build, a migration, or an integration, it's a separate quoted project — always agreed in writing first, so nothing is ever charged by surprise.

Plans

Priced by how many of your people can submit Requests (your designated members in the Care teamspace). Questions are open to your whole team on every plan.

Designated members are the people who can submit Requests. If your workspace has more people than your plan covers, that's fine — we add only your chosen members to the Care teamspace, and the whole team can still ask Questions.
Calls are 30-min working sessions. Unused calls don't roll over.
Request limits: Requests are unlimited — send as many as you like. To keep quality high, we keep up to 3 Requests in active progress at once; the rest wait in a clear queue and move up as we finish. A series of small Requests that adds up to one large piece of work is treated as a Task.
